| Everyone is very pleasant and professional. The sales people spent lots of time going over everything and making sure we had the proper system for our house. Although after the contract was signed and everything, I have had some difficulities with the sales person not following through or up on some questions and have had to deal with them with others in the company and they have been more than helpful. When I call for anything they put me through to the proper department. |
