Kyle was great - very responsive with confirming the appointment time. He arrived on time and even went above and beyond what I had contracted him to clean - for the same quote price! My carpets looked brand new when he was done - I was very pleased with the job he did. Plus the carpets were almost completely dry by the time he left - that is a big plus for me. I would recommend him to anyone. And I will definitely use Heaven's Best again when it is time for another carpet cleaning!!!
