Dale (owner) and all employees are as nice a bunch of workers as you will find, however the tile portion of the job was poorly done and had to be redone and is still not near as good as it should be....the plumbing is fine but it took three return trips and close scrutiny to get it that way.. Niceness is wonderful, however I would not re use DWH Pro Services
