He was a very nice guy, and his price was good. However, my carpets are not all that clean. And there are many small spots of blood that look like they were hardly touched. If you read my original service request, this was my top priority! I hate to give a bad rating, but I stipulated up front that I needed blood removed. Heavens best told me that removing these stains would not be a problem. Well they were wrong. The carpet is definitely cleaner than before, but stains remain. I think I could have done the job this well with a $35 rental system from the grocery store.
