Don and his team were not only professional but extremely knowledgeable . We would highly recommend this company! Our home is only 1 year-old, and was still under the builder warranty when we contact IAQM. Our breakfast nook had a very strong mildew/mold smell, but we couldn't tell were the damage was. The builder who built our home at first said they couldn't do anything unless we could show them where the damage was. We ended up having IAQM come out to our home for a consultation and just as they had told us over the phone, it was a small spot of mold on the base board. They knew exactly where to look.
