Tri-County Floors

Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring in 76137

We had a soft/creaky spot in our hardwood flooring that needed repair. After getting matched up with Tri-County Floors on servicemagic.com, Keith promptly called me to set up a time to came out to repair. They were on-time, eager to do the project, reasonable, and did a great job. We will use them again without reservation!

Refinish Wood Flooring in 76118

The workers were courteous. The floors turned out beautiful and they addressed my concerns after the floors were done and then made sure to correct any problems.

Refinish Wood Flooring in 75080

My project manager was friendly, responsive and professional. Initially, he wasn't clear about start/finish times, length of time needed to do work; I had to ask for the information. However, once I told him I needed to know specifics, he was proactive in communicating. The workers were friendly and on time but left FIVE pretty sizeable holes in my wall (when they removed baseboards) and didn't tell me about them; I discovered them on my own. They left the baseboards in my back yard and I had to call them back out to remove them. Pricing was very competitive and the floors look amazing. I'm on the fence about recommending them, though....
